PLATINUM vision + Warper Party, Glitch, and the Masterclass
"Imagination is more important than knowledge." - Albert Einstein
I've gone platinum again. An outer transformation is the tip of an iceberg for an inner one. You can create yourself again and again.
"The core of who you are is always worthy, but this game of humanness is ever evolving. You’re either moving more towards what you want or repeating what you don’t want or more of the same, if you don’t want to grow… you decide on purpose.
If you’re going to be uncomfortable growing and trying new things or staying the same, you might as well see what you can do with this lifetime. Be the change, because why not?" - Brooke Castillo
In today's newsletter, I want to share with you:
- a personal note about self-awareness
- upcoming shows at the Warper Party and Glitch
- From The Shower To The Stage: The Masterclass replay
- opportunities to write the music within you
Glad we're here togetha. Love ya, Lionheart.
What are you excited about in life right now, Lionheart?
This is my favorite question to ask someone, because you get to know them better as a person.
For me, I'm excited about the shifts in my thinking.
More often than not, I'm feeling courageous, committed, capable and confident. I allow myself to follow the path of least resistance that's in alignment with my vision. Opportunities are popping up because of commitment, and I float down the river with them.
This shift also applies to situations when there's a little puncture in this tire of strong thinking.
For instance, if I notice myself getting upset about something that's not serious and coming to tears or frustration, I'm able to snap out of it into a moment of wonder. I sit/stand up straight, pause and look around, and shift into a new perception of observation.
The shift itself is quite amusing, actually. I crack a smile and chuckle in amusement at this new ability I'm cultivating to take responsibility and control over my thoughts (and thus feelings, behaviors, and actions).
Everything you have came from a belief and knowing that you could have that experience, no matter if it's positive or negative.
You have all the tools and resources available to you in your life, even if you aren't aware of where they are yet.
Take responsibility. Instead of getting frustrated or overwhelmed, ask - "how can I make this happen?"
The universal law of polarity states that everything that exists has an equal and exact opposite. For example: you cannot experience sadness without having an idea about happiness.
Everything is on a continuum and has a complementary opposite within the whole. To use an old adage, there may be two sides of a coin but there is only one coin. In other words, things that appear as opposites are in fact only two extremes of the same thing.
Lionheart, here's my challenge to you this week: how can you become aware of your thoughts and carry yourself and your actions from the place of your better self?

Alarke (AKA Mary Alouette) stands out with her compelling twist of experiences as an international opera singer turned Gypsy jazz singer turned award-winning electronic pop singer and songwriter.
Throughout her 25-year professional career, Alarke has mesmerized audiences from the Kennedy Center, the Rainbow Room, and Carnegie Hall to Fabrica Del Arte in Havana, Cuba, Romani caravans in Samois sur Seine, France, and castles in the Italian Alps. She's written songs that have gone to NBC's World Of Dance and won the Grand Prize in the Mid-Atlantic Songwriting Competition, performed at the Apollo's National Tour, won artist residencies at Strathmore and the Brooklyn Arts Council, and written songs with residents at the Ritsona Refugee Camp in Greece.
Her music is an exciting, vibey, future-forward melt of pop, electronic, dance, and world music.
